MEXICAN CORN CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 ground beef
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can pinto beans
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Spanish rice
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. corn chips
1/2 c. grated cheese

Brown beef and drain. Add next 4 ingredients. Cook on top of stove until cheese melts. Spread chips on bottom of casserole. Pour mixture over chips. Add more chips and cheese over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
