CARAMEL CORN CHEX 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
10 c. Corn & Rice Chex cereal
1 c. Spanish peanuts

Boil butter, brown sugar, white syrup and salt for 5 minutes. Remove from burner and add baking soda. Pour mixture over cereal and nuts, stirring as you pour. Bake at 200 degrees for 60 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Turn out on cold counter top lined with foil. Cool.
