CORN SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
I: 1 stick butter 1 can cream corn 1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain) 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix 1 sm. carton sour cream 1 lb. sausage II: SPANISH CORN CASSEROLE: 1 (#2) can golden cream style corn 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal 1/2 c. green chilies (cut in pieces) 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. grated cheese (Longhorn) I. Melt butter in 9x13 pan in oven. Add remaining ingredients and bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. II. Mix ingredients dotting butter on top of greased casserole dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve with chopped fresh tomatoes (3) or a can of tomatoes. |
