SAUSAGE & STEAK CASSEROLE 
6 Italian sausages
chuck steak, cut into cubes
3 green peppers, cut into thick slices
2 onions, cut into chunks
3 potatoes, cut into chunks
mushrooms (may be cut in half if too large)
2 beef bouillon cubes mixed in 1 cup hot water

Brown Italian sausages in pan until almost done. Transfer to casserole dish and cut into large chunks. Brown chuck steak in same pan and transfer to casserole dish. Add all other ingredients pouring bouillon over last. Mix together well.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Serve with bread and salad.

Note: If you use hot Italian sausages you do not need to add any other spices. If you use mild you can season with oregano, salt and pepper and garlic if you wish.
