PORK TENDERLOIN WITH MUSTARD
SAUCE
 
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2-3 pork tenderloin

Mix ingredients and marinade pork tenderloin for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 1 hour or until meat thermometer reads 170 degrees. Try not to overcook!

Carve into slices. Serve with Mustard Sauce. To make mustard sauce, combine 1/3 cup sour cream, 1/3 cup mayonnaise, and 1 tablespoon dry mustard; mix until smooth and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
