IRON GATE CHICKEN 
Mix together:

1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 stick butter
1 c. water

In another bowl, mix:

2 1/2 c. chopped chicken
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green onion tops (optional)

Butter casserole and put layer of stuffing mix in bottom. Layer all of chicken, then the rest of stuffing mix on top. Beat two eggs, add 1 1/2 cups milk to eggs. Pour over casserole and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, pour 1 cup cream of mushroom soup over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Add grated cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
