SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, cooked & drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 can pimento
1 c. cheese (3/4 in casserole, 1/4 on top)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
