JEFF'S SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 can water (use empty soup can)
1 cup uncooked rice
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery

Brown sausage in skillet and drain off grease. Mix soups, water, rice, onion and celery in bowl. Add browned sausage. Mix well. Grease large casserole dish and add mixture. Bake at 350°F for 2 hours.

Serves family of four.
