2 lg. ham hocks
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 (1 lb.) cans hominy
1 med. onion, chopped
2 qts. water
Fresh tomato
Onion
Avocado
Black olives
Carrots
Radishes
Monterey Jack cheese
Cream cheese
Cheddar cheese
Swiss cheese
Colby cheese

Combine ham, canned tomatoes, coriander, garlic powder, hominy, onion and water in a crock pot. Simmer 2 to 3 hours on high; skim fat. Chop fresh vegetables, cube cheese and place in separate serving dishes. Serve soup with vegetables, cheese and picante sauce.
