2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
4 c. finely diced apples
2 c. flour
1 tsp. each salt and nutmeg
2 tsp. each cinnamon and soda

Beat well sugar, oil, eggs, stir in apples. Sift together flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and soda. Combine, pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until done. Doesn't need icing.
