3 med. potatoes, baked
1/3 c. hot water
3 tbsp. nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Scoop out insides of potatoes and mash. Combine with remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy. Spoon back into potato shells and top with paprika, if desired.
