4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. hot milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. honey
Salt and pepper
Dash of nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and beat until fluffy. Pile into orange shells, made by cutting oranges in half and removing pulp.
