COLESLAW WITH POPPYSEED DRESSING | |
1 sm. green cabbage 2 Granny Smith apples 1 lg. bunch radishes (preferably red) POPPYSEED DRESSING: 3/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt (can omit) 2/3 c. vinegar 2 c. canola oil 2 tbsp. poppyseeds Put all dressing ingredients except oil in blender. Blend, then add oil slowly while the blender runs. To make coleslaw, shred the cabbage, apples and radishes; mix them together. Add poppyseed dressing to your taste (I find this dressing recipe will make at least 2 recipes worth of coleslaw) and mix. |
