COLESLAW WITH POPPYSEED DRESSING 
1 sm. green cabbage
2 Granny Smith apples
1 lg. bunch radishes (preferably red)

POPPYSEED DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt (can omit)
2/3 c. vinegar
2 c. canola oil
2 tbsp. poppyseeds

Put all dressing ingredients except oil in blender. Blend, then add oil slowly while the blender runs.

To make coleslaw, shred the cabbage, apples and radishes; mix them together. Add poppyseed dressing to your taste (I find this dressing recipe will make at least 2 recipes worth of coleslaw) and mix.

I loved the poppyseed cole slaw out of our deli, but tried this recipe and added some finely chopped green pepper. This is everybit as good as the deli slaw. Thanks so much for the great recipe, my family loves it.
