Bibb lettuce
Strawberries
Bermuda onion rings
Mandarin oranges
Kiwi, optional

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. oil
1/3 c. vinegar, white
1 1/2 tsp. onion juice/ wedge of onion
1 1/2 tbsp. poppyseed

Do each salad individually on a plate as follows: lay a few leaves of lettuce, add a couple (3 to 4) strawberries, slice onion into rings and put 3 to 4 rings on lettuce, add 3 to 4 orange segments and put on lettuce. Arrange the above on each plate.

Place all dressing ingredients except poppyseeds into blender and mix thoroughly. Adding oil slowly. Mix until thick and add poppyseeds, mix again. Pour over salads. Store in a cool place or refrigerator.
