SLOW COOKER REUBEN DIP | |
1 (16 oz.) jar sauerkraut, drained 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 cups Swiss cheese, grated 2 cups cooked corned beef, chopped 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing chunks of rye and sourdough bread to dip Combine all ingredients, except bread, in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn to LOW when everything is melted together. Serve with bread or crackers. Submitted by: Jessica Piper |
