POPCORN CAKE 
1 gal. popped popcorn (no salt)
1 lb. mixed M&M'S® (Plain & peanut)
1 lb. salted nuts (6 oz.)
1 lb. bag marshmallows
1 stick butter
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix popcorn, M&M'S® and nuts together. Over low heat melt marshmallows, butter and oil. Mix until smooth. Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Cool and add to popcorn mixture. Lightly press mixture into a very well greased tube pan with buttered hands. Let set. Sometimes I substitute cereal (Rice Krispies) for popcorn. Or gum drops for M&M'S® and omit the nuts.
