1 gal. popped popcorn, salted
1 lb. plain M & M candy
1 lb. salted peanuts
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. mini marshmallows

Mix popcorn, candy and peanuts in large bowl. Melt butter, oil and marshmallows in boiler. Cook for 1 minute. Pour over popcorn mixture and press into a bundt or tube pan. Let set 2 hours or until cool before cutting.
