CARAMEL OATMEAL BARS 
2 c. flour
2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. caramels (Kraft) topping
6 tbsp. flour

Mix brown sugar and butter together, then add soda, salt, oatmeal and flour. Put half of mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; then cover with chocolate chips and nuts. Mix together caramel topping with flour; then pour over the top of chocolate chips and sprinkle the rest of mixture on top of caramel topping. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
