CARAMEL LAYER OATMEAL FUDGE BARS 
32 caramels
1/4 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
15 oz. fudge brownie mix
1/4 c. hot tap water
1/4 c. oil
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan, melt caramels with milk. In large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter, add flour, oats, soda, and salt. Reserve 1 1/2 cup of crumb mix, press remaining into 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix brownie, water, oil, and egg. Pour caramel over crust. Pour brownies over caramel. Sprinkle on remaining crust mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
