GERMAN MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 slice bread 2 well beaten eggs 1/2 onion chopped 3 tbsp. parsley, chopped 1 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/4 tsp. paprika Pinch of nutmeg 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Mix above and form into meatballs, and fry. Make broth from 2 beef bouillon cubes and 2 cups water, simmer covered for 10 minutes. Thicken broth with 2 tablespoons corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil and pour over meatballs. |
