STACK A DINNER 
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. onion
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 drops Tabasco
2 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked
1 c. shredded cheddar
Green olives, sliced

Brown meat and onion; drain off fat. Add sauce and next 3 ingredients, 1/4 cup water, salt and pepper. Brig to a boil, stirring often. Put a serving of rice on 4 plates. Top with peas, hamburg and cheese. Garnish with olives.
