CHILI STACKS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
5 corn or flour tortillas
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown ground beef and onions. Then add spices and tomato sauce. Simmer about 15 minutes. In round casserole dish place some sauce on the bottom of dish, then place a tortilla, sauce and cheese. Layering in this order 5 layers in all. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Cut in wedges and serve.
