HAY STACK DIP 
2 cans refried beans
1 can black olives, chopped
1/2 pkg. dry taco mix
4 fresh tomatoes, chopped and drained on paper towel
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1 bunch green chives

In a separate bowl, blend well: 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 pkg. taco mix 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt

For base, stir together refried beans and 1/2 package taco mix. Spread on serving tray in a circle. Sprinkle chopped olives on top of beans layer to cover. Next, layer chopped and drained tomatoes. Top with chives. Cover with both cheeses mixed together.

Next layer is half of the avocado mixture over the cheeses. Sprinkle lettuce over and top with the avocado mix on top and sides. Garnish with tomatoes and chips on sides and top. Put in refrigerator for short time and serve.
