STACK UP 
1 pork roast
1 lb. pinto beans
1 sm. can jalapeno relish
1 bag Fritos, crushed
1 head lettuce, chopped
2 or 3 tomatoes, chopped
1 c. cheese, grated
1 jar taco sauce

Cook pork roast and pinto beans together until real soft. Pour off liquid and mush up together. Add jalapeno relish and cook real slow for about 15 minutes. Put crumbled up Fritos in bowl. Put roast mixture, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and taco sauce on top like you do tacos and eat!
