CRAZY CRUST PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
1 c. tomato sauce
1-2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Your family favorite

Beat crust ingredients together until smooth and pour into greased and floured 12-inch pizza pan. Brown beef with onion and season to taste. Drain. Arrange meat and vegetables over batter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until crust is a deep, golden color. Remove pizza from oven; drizzle with sauce and sprinkle on cheese. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes to melt the cheese.
