1/4 INCH CRAZY PIZZA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or sausage or 1 c. thinly sliced pepperoni

BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning or leaf oregano
Dash of pepper
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk

Spoon flour into cup and level off. In small bowl combine flour, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, eggs and milk mixing until smooth. Pour batter into pan and tilt until bottom is covered.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms
1 c. or 8 oz. can pizza sauce
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese or Goya cheese

Arrange topping on top of batter. Bake on low rack of oven at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until pizza is rich golden brown. Remove from oven and add pizza sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
