SPICE CRAZY CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each - cinnamon, cloves, allspice, nutmeg
1 c. raisins (can substitute chopped dates)
3/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

CRAZY CAKE FROSTING:

1 c. milk
1/4 c. flour

Mix and cook until it comes to a boil - stirring constantly. Cool. 1/4 c. butter 1 c. granulated sugar

Gradually add the cooled milk and flour mix and beat well - should be very fluffy. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.

Ice cake and sprinkle with coconut.
