GERMAN CHOCOLATE ROLL-UP 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. pecans
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk

CAKE:

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Line a 13x9 inch cake pan with foil. Melt filling butter in pan. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over top.

Mix cake ingredients and blend 1 minute. Pour in pan (over top of filling mixture already in pan). Bake at 375 degrees 25 minutes.

While in pan, sprinkle baked cake with powdered sugar. Cover with a towel. Place cookie sheet over towel and invert. Roll up jelly roll style.
