RUTHELAINE'S MEATLOAF 
3 lbs. ground round
2 eggs (lg.)
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. wheat germ
3/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. applesauce
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. basil (dry)
1 tsp. dill weed (dry)
2 tbsp. minced onion (dry)
1 pkg. (Lipton) dry onion soup mix (1 env.)
1/2 c. warm water
1 (minced) red pepper

Mix all ingredients (except hamburg) together with mixer. Then add the hamburg a little at a time. Mix this with your hands, thoroughly. Line with foil or use non-stick pan, 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 1/2 inches or two 7 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 2 1/4 inches. Put in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
