SHIRL'S TURKEY MEATLOAF 
1-1/2 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup cream of Wheat
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup ketchup
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dried basil leaves
1 package (10 oz.) chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tablespoon country-style Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey

In large bowl, thoroughly combine turkey, cereal, egg substitute, ketchup, garlic and basil. Stir in spinach, pepper and onion. Shape into 9x4-inch loaf. Place in greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Blend mustard and honey; brush over meatloaf. Bake 15-25 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
