TURKEY MEATLOAF | |
1 lb. ground turkey 1 c. seasoned stuffing 1/2 c. parsley, chopped 2 stalks celery, grated 1 carrot, grated 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning 1 egg, slightly beaten Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together turkey, stuffing, parsley, celery, carrot, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Add egg and mix well. Turn into foil-lined loaf pan. Allow foil to overhang ends. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is firm to touch. Lift out loaf, remove foil, slice and serve warm. Can be refrigerated overnight, sliced and served cold as pate'. |
