SHRIMP AND SCALLOP GRUYERE 
1 lb. scallops (poach for 10 min. Add 1/2 c. broth to sauce)
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 lb. shrimp
2 tsp. diced green peppers

SAUCE (Can make it ahead of time) :
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
3 c. milk
12 oz. Swiss Gruyere cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. tomato paste
3 tsp. lemon juice

Mix above ingredients and serve hot. Enjoy!
