SHRIMP & SCALLOPS OVER FETTUCINI 
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. shallots

Saute. Add; saute until coated: 1/2 lb. bay scallops, rinsed

Add spices and mix: Dill

Add:

Cook until liquid is reduced to half. Add 1 cup half & half. Simmer until thick for 5 minutes. Cook fettucini; mix with Parmesan cheese and butter.
