BAKED CORN 
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. diced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
3 tbsp. diced green peppers
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 c. butter

Mix together crushed corn flakes and butter. Line a 10" square pan with half of this mixture. In a skillet cook butter, green peppers and onion. Then add flour, salt, and sugar. Mix well and add 1 cup milk and cook until thick; then cook an additional minute. Remove from fire and add 1 can of creamed corn and 2 eggs, beaten. Mix well and pour mixture into baking dish and add remainder of corn flake mixture on top. bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. (You can add 1/2 a can more corn if you want.)
