BAKED CORN 
1 lb. thawed corn
3 tbsp. butter
2 c, milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs

Melt butter in 2 quart sauce pan. Sprinkle in flour. Gradually add milk and bring to a boiling point. Add corn, salt, pepper and sugar. Heat thoroughly. Remove from heat and add beaten eggs. Pour into a 2 and 1/2 quart buttered baking dish.

Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.

For extra flavor, try adding chopped onion or bacon bits before baking.
