HERB BAKED CORN ON THE COB 
2 sticks butter, softened
2 crushed cloves of garlic
2 tsp. each oregano, basil
1/2 tsp. salt
8 ears of corn
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients in rectangular pan. roll each ear of corn in mixture. Wrap in foil, individually. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until tender, unwrap. Sprinkle with cheese.
