HERBED CORN ON THE COB 
6 ears corn
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tbsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Barbecue. (Or oven at 400 degrees.) Place each ear of corn on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Combine butter, horseradish, dill, salt and pepper. Brush on corn. Wrap ears in foil. Barbecue 15 to 20 minutes. Bake 30 minutes.
