ROASTED CORN ON THE COB
(Southern Style)
 
6 ears corn
Oleo, butter
Salt

Wash and dry whole shucked ears of corn. Rub with butter. Place in baking pan. Bake in oven 30 minutes on 350 degrees. Then turn oven on broil and cook until evenly browned all around by turning often. Do not let burn but taste best when has scorched look. Salt to taste and butter as desired.
