ENCHILADAS | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 cans enchilada sauce 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup Salsa Optional onion Cheese, grated Tortilla shells (corn) Brown beef and drain. Layer ground beef, dip tortilla shells in enchilada sauce. Lay 6 tortilla on ground beef. Put soups, salsa and beef and onion on tortillas. Bake in oven 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Take out and put grated cheese on top and put in oven until melted. |
