SURPRISING "FUDGE CAKE" 
Recipe made from box mix. NOTE: Best mix is Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Dark Chocolate Fudge.

1 pkg. 2-layer-size chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate fudge pudding
1/4 c. coffee liqueur
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Powdered sugar

Grease and flour a 10-inch fluted tube pan. In large mixing bowl combine cake mix, sour cream, oil, water, eggs, pudding mix, liqueur, orange peel and cinnamon. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended, scraping sides of bowl constantly. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in chocolate pieces.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Makes 12-16 servings.
