RUSSIAN CREAMY MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (partially thawed)
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, diced
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 oz. coconut
2 oz. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Let Jello, gel until slightly thickened. Add sour cream, peaches and strawberries and blend with mixer. Add coconut and nuts. Pour into 5 cup mold or nice crystal bowl. Chill until ready to serve.

I use the small Tupperware mold. It works beautifully.
