SPINACH SALAD WITH RUSSIAN
DRESSING
 
1 lb. fresh spinach, torn
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, well drained
1 sm. head Iceberg lettuce, torn
1 c. sliced mushrooms
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:

1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped onion
Salt to taste

Toss salad ingredients in salad bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in shaker bottle and shake well. Serves 8 to 10.
