RUSSIAN GARLIC SALAD DRESSING 
30 cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Blanch the cloves of garlic in boiling water for 5 minutes then plunge into cold water. Drain and mix in everything else. Allow to set for 9 days before serving.
