SUNDAY RUSSIAN CHICKEN | |
2 per person chicken breasts, boned 1 can cream of mushroom soup 8 oz. sour cream 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms 1 1/2-2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1/4 c. white wine 1 clove garlic, minced Shake chicken breasts in flour, salt and pepper; roll in melted butter. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan (20 minutes on each side). Pour sauce over chicken, cover with foil and bake an additional 20 minutes. |
