CHICKEN SUNDAY 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 1/2 c. water

Place rice in casserole dish (9x13). Mix soups and water, pour over rice. Place chicken on top, salt and pepper chicken to taste. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours.

(It's called by this name because you can put it in the oven before you leave for church on Sunday and it's ready when you return.)
