BLUEBERRY-PEACH COBBLER 
2 c. blueberries
3 c. sliced peaches (fresh peaches are best)
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder or substitute self rising flour
1 egg
1/4 c. melted butter

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix fruit and pour in large baking dish. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and egg with fork until crumbly. Spread over fruit. Drizzle butter over mixture. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together and sprinkle over butter. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 45 minutes. Fantastic with whipped cream or ice cream.
