SAUSAGE STUFFED ACORN SQUASH | |
4 acorn squash 1 lb. bulk sausage 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 c. hot water 5 c. Croutons stuffing mix Place cleaned squash cut side face down on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook sausage, not drain. Mix soup and water. Stir in sausage and drippings. Add croutettes stuffing mix. Fill squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until squash is tender. 8 servings. |
