HOT CHOCOLATE MIX 
8 qt. box powdered skim milk
2 lb. box instant cocoa mix
6 or 8 oz. jar non-dairy creamer
1 lb. box confectioner's sugar, sifted
Dash of salt

Mix together the powdered milk, cocoa mix, coffee creamer, confectioner's sugar and salt. Store in air tight containers. Use 3 or 4 tablespoons per cup of boiling water. Yield 80 servings.
