HONEY BRAN MUFFINS 
3/4 c. natural wheat bran
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. honey
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped nuts

GLAZE:

1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. honey

Combine bran, milk and honey. Mix in egg and oil. Combine remaining ingredients together. Add bran mixture, stirring until just moistened. Divide batter in 12 muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Combine glaze ingredients, stirring to blend. Spread on warm muffins.
