HONEY OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. honey
2 egg whites
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 c. Oat Bran cereal, any variety

1. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.

2. In large mixing bowl, beat together milk, honey, egg whites and oil until thoroughly mixed. Add dry ingredients and Kellogg's Common Sense Oat Bran cereal, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups.

3. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.

Makes 12 muffins.
